Moving Forward and Reaching New Heights

At the end of 2024, our team came together for a company-wide hike at Da Luo Mountain. The slogan, “Climb High, Look Far, Move Forward with no hesitate,” set the tone for a day of reflection, effort, and shared experience.

The hike challenged everyone physically and mentally. The trail demanded endurance, careful pacing, and mutual support, reminding us of the value of perseverance and teamwork. Along the way, we encouraged each other, shared the experience of reaching higher points, and appreciated the changing views as we climbed.

Reaching the summit offered a moment to pause and take in the scenery, embodying the theme of looking far ahead. The experience reinforced the idea that progress is built step by step, and clarity comes from perspective gained through effort.

After the hike, we returned to the hotel to celebrate at the year-end gathering. The evening was filled with laughter, shared memories, and recognition of the year’s journey. It was a time to reflect on achievements, enjoy each other’s company, and prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

The day, from the mountain trail to the evening celebration, reflected values that guide us: persistence, collaboration, and the importance of perspective. Climbing together and celebrating together reminded us that collective effort and shared vision are the foundation for moving forward as a community.
