1. Scope

This Warranty Policy applies to products manufactured by WenZhou Pritech Industrial Co.,Ltd(“Company”) and sold through authorized distributors or under separate written agreements. This website does not facilitate direct sales. Accordingly, this Warranty Policy does not create any direct warranty rights for end users or third-party purchasers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Warranty Period

The Company provides a limited warranty of fifteen (12) months from the date of shipment or delivery, as specified in the applicable agreement.

3. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. At its discretion, the Company may repair, replace, or otherwise remedy a confirmed defective product.

4. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be submitted by the authorized distributor or contractual buyer, together with valid proof of purchase, and in accordance with the applicable agreement. The Company reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any claim.

5. Distributor Responsibility

Authorized distributors are responsible for:

  • handling warranty service for end users in their respective territories
  • ensuring that any end-user warranty terms are consistent with this Warranty Policy

The Company does not assume direct warranty obligations to end users unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, improper storage or handling, or cosmetic damage.

7. Limitation

This Warranty Policy is the exclusive warranty provided by the Company and replaces all other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Other Terms

This Policy shall be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the applicable written commercial agreement shall prevail.
